Enter a new era of sensitivity and LC-MS/MS innovation with the SCIEX Triple Quad™ 7500 LC-MS/MS System - QTRAP® Ready. GO BEYOND current limits of sensitivity, productivity targets, ruggedness and robustness challenges. Pioneer new discoveries with this innovation.
Experience extraordinary sensitivity gains from the SCIEX 7500 System. Start detecting the previously undetectable, and quantify at lower levels with impressive precision.
Expand your laboratory capabilities to test dirty and complex samples. The new D Jet™ Ion Guide will allow you to characterize analytes that were once masked by matrices.
Quantify more trace analytes at lower levels. Simplify sample prep, and inject less sample using the OptiFlow® Pro Ion Source. And also boost the transition of crucial ions into the system with the integrated E Lens™ Technology.
The SCIEX 7500 System delivers the highest level of sensitivity of all the SCIEX systems. Significant gains have been made in the analysis of key analytes that demand lower limits of quantification. The innovation in this product enables low level quantification of crude and complex samples to further your research. Plus expand and simplify your workflow with a linear dynamic range up to six orders magnitude.
The Turbo V™ Ion Source has evolved. The OptiFlow Pro Ion Source incorporated into the SCIEX 7500 System enables analytes in crude or complex samples to be detected. The OptiFlow Pro Source contains E Lens Technology, which improves the transfer of ions into the mass spectrometer. The modularity of the OptiFlow Pro Source enables the easy interchange from high flow to low flow and between ESI and APCI, quickly. Increase the sensitivity of your assay with the SCIEX 7500 System to gain a more accurate profile of your sample. The increased size of the orifice allows more ions into the mass spectrometer and the unique design of the D Jet Ion Guide retains and captures more of the ions from the ESI spray plume.
Move your workflow to this highly sensitive instrument and quickly see measurable gains in productivity. With innovation that enables you to test more samples, and detect trace compounds that previously could not be seen by any SCIEX system. The SCIEX 7500 System is powered by SCIEX OS Software, a platform for this next generation of mass spectrometers. Traditional software features and functions are complemented by visual aids and components to enable quick, accurate and confident data review.
Analyze and represent your data in a new and intuitive format. Control, acquire, analyze, interrogate and report, all on one software platform.
Enabling new levels of quantification
Using the SCIEX 7500 System,
powered by SCIEX OS Software.
With a simple upgrade path this system can offer additional QTRAP functionality scan types. Pairing conventional MRM workflows and Enhanced Product Ion scans can enable improved confidence in acquired data. MRM3 workflows can push quantification levels through matrix interferences.
Get a stronger gradient around the orifice and protect your precious and limited sample. With the E Lens Technology, the power and efficiency of the SCIEX Turbo V Ion Source geometry is enhanced in the new OptiFlow Pro Source, which focuses transmission of the ESI plume into the orifice of the system.
Execute fast interchanges between high flow and low flow to adapt to your workflow needs. The OptiFlow Pro Source introduces a new modularity feature and incorporates the reliability and efficiency of the legendary Turbo V Ion Source.
Capture more of the ESI plume and retain more of the important ions than with previous technologies. The D Jet Ion Guide concentrates the samples and removes the gas molecules and neutral ions.
Attain lower levels of quantification compared to other SCIEX instruments. The precise and robust engineering of the ion rail allows consistent and reproducible analysis time after time, by focusing the crucial ions that you need for your workflow.
